Happy New Years everyone, especially the Wout Faes, who needs a clean slate more than anyone else. The Leicester man became the fourth player in the history of the English Premier League to score two goals in one match, and worst of all, he turned the winning score into a loss. Elsewhere, Arsenal have extended their lead at the top of the Premier League table to seven points, but now face third-placed Newcastle. Newcastle and Man City both unexpectedly dropped points at the weekend and while the reigning champions will be confident of a comeback against a Chelsea side once again plunged into disarray without Reece James, Eddie Howe’s men have a job on their hands. Beat Arsenal and they’ll close the gap on the leaders. Lost and the only remaining rival for Arsenal will be Man City.
West Ham, Wolves and Southampton now make up three of the bottom four after all weekend defeats, and they were all engaged in a massive six-pointer touchdown on Wednesday. Seventeenth-placed West Ham, whose defenders pose a greater threat than their attackers, have a chance of beating 14th-placed Leeds. Southampton, ranked 20th, was able to jump on Nottingham Forest, ranked 18th. Wolverhampton, ranked 19th, faces local rivals Aston Villa, who ranks 12th, but has not yet left the danger zone.
Near the top of the table, Spurs are stunned. Man United climbed into the top four at the expense of Tottenham, and Antonio Conte’s men are now breathing down their necks. Here’s how to watch live Premier League action this season and catch every 2022/23 Premier League match online from anywhere.

We have outlined how you can live stream Premier League football in a number of countries around the world. However, if you’re away for pleasure or business, you probably won’t be able to watch the EPL like you normally would at home. This is the result of geoblocks – better understood as digital boundaries that limit certain services and content to certain parts of the world.
A good streaming VPN can allow you to get around these digital boundaries, while also providing solid protection from cybercriminals and government snooping. It’s also really easy to use.

Premier League predictions 2022/23
Man City and Liverpool have finished first and second in three of the past four seasons, and every football fan expected that to be the case again this season. However, the Reds were omnipresent at the start of the season and, at least for now, Pep Guardiola’s fiercest competition lies elsewhere.
Arsenal have enjoyed great success with Gabriel Jesus leading the line and William Saliba providing some much needed steel at the back. Antonio Conte’s Tottenham look like the Arsenal of old, steadily racking up sloppy victories at home and abroad, and flying Newcastle, which along with Manchester City are now funded by endless oil reserves.
Chelsea remain an interesting proposition after a muddled summer of spending under new owner Todd Bohle and the subsequent replacement of Thomas Tuchel by Graham Potter. The Blues have one of the deepest teams in world football but have been underachieving over recent campaigns, and Potter is one of the most exciting young coaches in the game.
West Ham, Leicester and Brighton came close to embarrassing Premier League six last season, but there are question marks over them all. The Hammers and the Foxes got off to horrible starts, while the Seagulls performed wonders before Potter’s departure. Can Roberto De Zerbi reach those heights?
If the Italian gets Brighton back to winning ways, Patrick Vieira continues his stunning transformation at Crystal Palace, and Thomas Frank continues to defy the odds at Brentford, then the competition in that area of the table could be fiercer than ever this season.
Aston Villa, who spent huge amounts of money under Steven Gerrard, should also fall into this category, but things weren’t quite right and Unai Emery was tasked with keeping the sinking ship afloat.
